T’is the week before Christmas …

It’s the week before Christmas and all through the house,
chaos is reigning and To Do lists grow worse.

Gift boxes and wrapping, cookies and cakes,
parties in the planning with (fingers crossed) no mistakes.

Expectations are rising along with the stress
and increasing dread of the post-Christmas mess.

Crumpled paper and boxes, will litter the floor.
And those New Year bills soon will come to your door.

Is there no hope for it, those post-Christmas blues,
created by buying far more than you should?

For tips to survive it, read tomorrow’s new post,
to prevent month’s of interest on gifts forgotten by most.

Be wise and creative.
Be thankful.
Be blessed (So you can be a blessing.)

And have a Merry Christmas!
