Having A Full-Up Day

We can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures. ~ Thornton Wilder

Hello again. It’s good to share this time with you. Thanks for being here.

I was driving to Curves a few days ago. The sky was gloriously blue, the sun shining; it was a beautiful ‘June day’ in August. I was singing and praising and talking to God right there in the car. I felt so thankful, peaceful, grateful and joyful.

It suddenly struck me that I had a lot of ‘ful’ going on. It’s a simple, three-letter add-on that expands a word into ‘more than enough’. I didn’t just have peace, I was full of it. I wasn’t just glad, my heart was full of gratitude. And I wasn’t simply happy, I was filled with joy!

Have you ever felt that way?

Would you like feel like that more often?

Then today’s article is for you.

Sometimes we tend to overlook the simple stuff, assuming that life’s greatest answers and gifts are hard to come by. Not true.

Emotional ‘fullness’ and peace is more choice than circumstance. If you start to make conscious decisions about your life, what you will accept and what you will not, you can live in the fullness of God’s blessing.

Choose love, not strife.

Choose joy, not frustration or disappointment.

Choose peace, not anger or rebellion.

As you make consistent choices and govern your emotions, you’ll find a life of fullness and blessing. Take today’s message to heart, and you’ll …

Be happy. Be full. And be blessed.
